I am based in Phnom Penh, which is a really exciting place to be as it is a city which is experiencing an incredible pace of growth, but I work with clients all over the world.
I used to be the Creative Director at the international digital agency Whisper & Company, where I was in charge of a team of creatives, and also Country Director at Votiva, one of the top Microsoft Dynamics Partners in the Asia Pacific Region with over one hundred and fifty specialists.
I’ve stopped that now to work for myself, and my aim is to continue to provide individuals and companies all around the world with great ideas, super sharp design, and straight-up, no-bullshit advice on making themselves better.
I was once interviewed for a book on creative problem-solving as I did some unique and highly successful work with the Problem Solving Unit of the Metropolitan Police in London.
Emanuele Faja is an extraordinary young man. Originally from Venice in Italy, his family moved to the UK when he was 10 but you’d never guess that from his pristine accent. And the reason I call him extraordinary is that he is so annoyingly good at so many things for someone so young.
When I first met him in 2008, he was still a teenager but he was already an accomplished musician, a talented photographer and a deep thinker. But it was his skill at sleight of hand that was a wonder to behold. Or not to behold, to be precise.

My approach to solving the challenges that businesses and individuals face in this new digital world is a hybrid of the freelancer and agency model, and it is based on precision, transparency, and genuine collaboration.
In a nutshell, I want to bring all the benefits of the digital creative agency such as high availability, long-term support, project management, and a high level of expertise, with the benefits of working with freelancers such as lower costs, fewer overheads, and little-to-no bureaucracy.
I do this by taking full personal responsibility for the project and creating flash-teams of other skilled proven professionals that come together for individual projects. These are designers, project managers, developers, and engineers that I can personally vouch for and with whom I have worked with for an extended period of time. This is just one of reasons why you should work with me.
I really hope you enjoy browsing all the case-studies of how I have managed to help a wide range of individuals and corporations, from the single-person cash-strapped startup to international billion-dollar conglomerates.
If you want to get an even better idea of who I am, I suggest you head over to the Ideas section where you can read my thoughts on productivity, philosophy, and how life should be well lived. There are over 200,000 published words , which is the equivalent of a thick paperback novel!
Thanks for taking the time to read,
PS: Feel free to contact me if you have a project in mind you wish to discuss, or even just to say hello and have an interesting conversation regarding any of the ideas presented here.
